Job Description
- Coordinate and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and resolve employee issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and participate in special HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or similar HR support role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR compliance requirements is an advantage.
- 10th of Ramdan citizens is preferred
