Job Description
- Handling customers over the phone
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
- Handle all customer complaints via in-app chat
- Resolve customer inquiries by liaising with payment gateways for payment issues, among other problems
- Resolve problems at the venues where machines are stationed by coordinating with technicians
Job Requirements
- Speak / write English and Arabic fluently
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Managerial skills allowing to organize daily routine for technicians
- Ability to report to CTO through periodical status reports
- Excellent Communication skills suitable for communicating with customers whether by chat or phone both during and outside of regular work hours
