Job Description
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing Food & Beverage orders, staff, and finances
Managing Food & Beverage operations within budget and to the highest operational standards
Leading the Food & Beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Improve operational management systems, process, and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts, creating strategies along with Marketing to increase the revenue, covers, and guest experience
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs on the line staff and managers
Managing venue upkeep, maintaining cleanliness up to the highest standards, and identifying areas to invest to improve efficiency of day-to-day operations
Requirements
Hands-on approach and flexibility with a ‘can-do’ work attitude
Commitment to delivering exceptional Food & Beverage services with a passion
Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role, from a hospitality/beach club background
Strong leadership and management skills
The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships
Strong project management, budget and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
Systemized and profitable mindset
Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
Team-work oriented
