Job Description
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality visual assets for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure our visual communications are modern and effective.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and visual mockups for internal stakeholders and clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or marketing sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, print, and digital projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets business objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
