Review and evalute designs submitted by consultants, ensuring that they meet project requirements and are compliant with regulations and standards 
Provide technical support for construction team for any missing data 
Use BIM modeling to coordinate and revise desgins and to identify and resolve conflicts 
Ensure full coordination between Arch. And other desciplines 
Follow up the designer and check all design stages achieving client requirements as per RFPs and matching with project time frame 
Design review processes for all design stage starting from concept design till construction package 
Design review for permits package 
Reviewing Interim Payment Certificates submitted by the consultant 
Assisat in any required in-house design to keep the job on track
