Job Description

Summary

Caduceus Lane is looking for a passionate Market Access Lead who will ensure, maximize, and unlock access to the group products and services in the assigned markets.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring short and long-term market access plans in alignment with the internal cross-functional teams to achieve company’s objectives, identify growth opportunities in current and potential markets, and maximize access for company’s portfolio across different industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with the relevant stakeholders involved 
  • Represent the company and influence the discussions held among the relevant professionals and trade organizations to shape the company’s image and build a well-differentiated competitive profile
  • Develop, implement, and monitor short and long-term market access plans across the assigned markets
  • Maximize and extend the company’s portfolio access in the existing markets
  • Unlock the company’s portfolio access in the new markets
  • Explore opportunities in other new markets and work as a spearhead to pave the way for commercial penetration
  • Develop and effectively communicate the value propositions, payer value story, key messages, Q&A, etc…
  • Analyze market access trends to craft tangible actions on how to capitalize on positive trends and mitigate the negative ones
  • Maintain a regular supply of the relevant market intelligence and business updates relating to the company’s portfolio or market dynamics
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for achieving aligned and unified customer approaches
  • Collaborate and actively contribute to the development of the cross-functional brand plans 
  • Assess the competitive landscape pricing ranges and techniques
  • Ensure updated stakeholder mapping on countries and regional levels
  • Execute tactics and actions that will serve in positioning the company as a partner of choice
  • Monitor the policies and regulations in the region and recognize risks and opportunities for the business and act accordingly
  • Provide guidance and proactive support for commercial teams on market access topics
  • Build a perspective for expansion in other industries within the current and new markets by searching, analyzing, and concluding different industry knowledge, trends, and dynamics
  • Hold shared responsibilities with the marketing teams in new products and services and the launch of readiness plans
  • Support and build the future strategies and capabilities across the market access function

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications 

Candidate Background

  • Having more than 10 years of collective experience in any relevant field
  • Having a minimum of 5 years experience in market access function or any relevant role
  • Being a university graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualifications
  • Having a pharmaceutical background is a plus
  • Having Marketing and Advertising industry experience is a plus

Technical Qualities

  • A university graduate with a Bachelor's degree (Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage)
  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • IT literacy with excellent skills in MS suite
