Job Description
- Request Validation
- Review all requests created in the system to ensure they are complete and correctly submitted.
- Validate each request against documented procedures, guidelines, and process manuals.
- Issue Identification & Reporting
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations from standard processes.
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams for correction or clarification.
- Maintain clear and structured communication when reporting findings.
- Findings Analysis
- Analyze the types and frequencies of identified issues.
- Compile findings into a structured list with recurring patterns and root causes.
- Process Knowledge & Change Awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current processes and procedures.
- Stay informed on any updates or changes to the process and adjust validation criteria accordingly.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Present reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Quality & Detail Orientation
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in every task, with a strong focus on detail.
- Support a culture of compliance and quality within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business process documentation and SOPs
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using business systems and reporting tools
- Familiarity with process auditing or compliance roles is a plus
