Job Description

  • Receiving appointment requests via calls and emails.
  • Booking appointments and surgeries.
  • Checking consultant’s clinic hospital diary and compare calendars.
  • Updating calendar according to hospital calendar.
  • Confirming appointments via emails.
  • Sending out clinic lists for hospital which do not have systems.
  • Chasing appointment authorization code.
  • Filling all required documents to book a surgery.
  • Following all the surgery booking steps.
  • Communicating with embassies and insurance companies for logs and authorization codes.
  • Following up on surgery process.

Days off: Saturday & Sunday ( Following UK calendar )
Working hours: 10 - 6 in summer & 11 - 7 in winter including 1-hour break.
