Job Description
Responsibility:
- All Installation, Construction activities related to Rail Transportation (PSD) construction work.
Scope of Work: Involve but not limited to the following expectations:
- Support project Manager, be the widow of construction management with Client, understood onsite management workflow and requirements with Client.
- Responsible for management of construction Subcontractor, manage and control progress, scope, and quality, safety performance.
- Overall coordination among construction related Engineering, Safety, Quality, Logistic, Installation and Commissioning to achieve project goals.
- Review progress of work against the Project Schedule, daily coordination with construction team for various activities, planning and reporting progress periodically using approved formats and software to different stakeholders.
- Get approval and acceptance by client for any construction work, solve constructability issues, coordinate with client and other packages to ensure progressive construction deliverables;
- Manage and control the installation activities, ensure construction work in line with construction sequence, quality according to specifications, requirements of the Contract understand PAN.
- Coordinate with of HSE management and ensure HSE compliance giving no impact to construction progress;
- Lead testing and commissioning work, with support of T&C manager, coordinate with client T&C team and other stakeholders on site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Good English communication in verbal and written.
- Well versed in Microsoft office.
- At least 10 years on site construction management experience.
- Well understanding of MEP engineering and construction.
- Strong communication ability with client and problem solving.
- Well understood subcontractor management in construction work.
- Rich on-site construction experience with various stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and organization skill.
- Be able to work in the environment of construction site.
- Contract management experience is a plus.
