Job Description
- Manage the executive’s calendar — schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential information.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of Written and Spoken English and Arabic.
- Able to prepare Presentations and Proposals in coordination with the Technical Team.
- Manage all Egyptian Customs, health, Export, and any other Government authorities
- Monitoring and implementing accounting procedures with an accountant. Bookkeeping and tracking of shipment expenses
- Design & Social Media background (Asset, non-mandatory)
- Filling for Grant applications and Funding allocation for sustainable projects.
- Preparing insurance documents and claims
- Maintaining schedules for multiple overlapping entities.
- Ability to commute upon Business Need.
- Corresponding with Clients and Government entities in person or using remote correspondence channels with our technical and leadership team.
- Preparing payroll, Bookkeeping, Expense Reports, and Data Entry into accounting software.
- Graduate with a related degree. Job Details: Hybrid Work Shifts (Non-fixed, but covering x3 Timezones) Longterm, Training Provided
