Job Description

  • Manage the executive’s calendar — schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential information.

 

Job Requirements

  •  Excellent command of Written and Spoken English and Arabic. 
  • Able to prepare Presentations and Proposals in coordination with the Technical Team. 
  • Manage all Egyptian Customs, health, Export, and any other Government authorities 
  • Monitoring and implementing accounting procedures with an accountant. Bookkeeping and tracking of shipment expenses 
  • Design & Social Media background (Asset, non-mandatory) 
  • Filling for Grant applications and Funding allocation for sustainable projects. 
  • Preparing insurance documents and claims 
  • Maintaining schedules for multiple overlapping entities. 
  • Ability to commute upon Business Need. 
  • Corresponding with Clients and Government entities in person or using remote correspondence channels with our technical and leadership team. 
  • Preparing payroll, Bookkeeping, Expense Reports, and Data Entry into accounting software. 
  • Graduate with a related degree. Job Details: Hybrid Work Shifts (Non-fixed, but covering x3 Timezones) Longterm, Training Provided
