- Identify and explore new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations demonstrating products and services to clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements and providing support, information, and guidance.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right product from our product portfolio
- Maintain high level of knowledge of company's products and services, competition, pricing, market share and key product differentiation.
- Negotiate offers / payment terms / financial solutions and conditions with clients.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure that all contracts related to sales are aligned within the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain sales and customers records complete and updated.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Prepare sales, clients and visit reports on regular basis.
- Provide support to all company department concerning his/her clients if and when required, such as Installation, Maintenance, Collection departments.
