Job Description
- Attend handover meetings of all newly developed public areas to ensure compliance with designs and contract specifications
- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works and requisitions of materials are completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules
- Supervise the maintenance scheduling of all different electrical works related to the public area
- Supervise in coordination with the contractor staff training and orientation for the different systems
- Develop (in coordination with Facility Management Company) the minimum required inventory list (of all necessary spare parts) to ensure smooth operation
- Communicate with contractor in case of breakdowns in electrical operations
- Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair works
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Responsible for the implementation of the various types of maintenance for all electrical Work
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations (Regarding ISO regulations).
- Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical infra structure, maintenance is preferable
