Job Description
- Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Modeling, etc. within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor clients and team members on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM features, updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Oracle HCM projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Workforce Modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Oracle certification(s) in HCM or related modules is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
