Job Description
- Update the Job Evaluation, Job Design, Job Descriptions
- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools
- Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure
- Dealing with different collars
- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Create and update an organization chart
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview analyses.
- Conduct employee onboarding and Orientation sessions.
- Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer
- Craft job offer letters
- Monitor the performance of the hired employee in their probation period
- Create and conduct surveys to determine the organization's areas of improvement and Employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in human resources, labor and employee relations, law or other relevant discipline is required
- HR Certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in the HR department
- EXCELLENT English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
- Decision-making skills
- demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization and with appropriate external stakeholders
- Time management & basic knowledge for SLA and hiring plan
