Job Description
- Make a preparatory research for the site in terms of:
- Contractors
- Housing workers and employees
- Required Equipment
- Suppliers
- Implementation of the disbursement plan from the Financial Department
- Receive the site's financial amounts, disburse them to their destinations, and settle them with the administration
- Review the regular and irregular employment account
- Payment of contractors' payments in accordance with the decisions of the financial department
- Responsible for site purchases
- Rent apartments, warehouses, and housing for workers and employees
- Rent the equipment needed for the site
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce
- 2-4 years work experience as an accountant
- Construction background
- Good use of MS Office
