Job Description

  • Implementing and supporting HR processes, developing corporate culture, aims and values
  • Cooperating closely with employees and management regarding projects and policies
  • Supporting employees’ engagement and motivations
  • Organizing corporate events and all internal activities
  • Supporting new employees’ adaptation, assessment, career development, salary review, etc
  • Organize internal employees’ rotation
  • Collecting and analyzing HR metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience in IT company
  • Previous experience with distributed teams, outsource/outstaff employment
  • In-depth knowledge of IT industry
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines
  • Outstanding personality: patient, helpful, stress resistant with a sense of humor
  • Good command of English (Upper intermediate+).
