Job Description
- Implementing and supporting HR processes, developing corporate culture, aims and values
- Cooperating closely with employees and management regarding projects and policies
- Supporting employees’ engagement and motivations
- Organizing corporate events and all internal activities
- Supporting new employees’ adaptation, assessment, career development, salary review, etc
- Organize internal employees’ rotation
- Collecting and analyzing HR metrics.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience in IT company
- Previous experience with distributed teams, outsource/outstaff employment
- In-depth knowledge of IT industry
- Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines
- Outstanding personality: patient, helpful, stress resistant with a sense of humor
- Good command of English (Upper intermediate+).
