Job Description
- Understanding the clients’ needs and offer solutions and support.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices, making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager.
- Responsible for team targets and their daily work (Attendance, Missions, Leaves, Excuses...etc.) and to be aligned with the Human Resources Department.
- Working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales and achieve those targets set by the company.
- Meet all sales quotas and goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a Must.
- From 4 to 6 years’ experience, previous experience in Real Estate Field is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader
- MUST own a Car.
- Prefer residence nearby New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis & other around residency.
- Presentable.
- Fluent in English.
- Outstanding Communication Skills and leader ship skills.
- Self-Motivated.
