Job Description
- Responsible for the prioritization of a product’s release course and product life cycle, as well as for coordinating all the processes needed to get a product not only ready for the market but onto the market as well.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and messaging that differentiates One Global and its features across primary market segments.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Significant consumer and Business product management experiences with expertise in financial services, fintech, lending, wealth management, credit , trading , supply chain and digital payments, and ability to seek an independent work stream that drives progress Operational
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates One Global and its features across primary market segments
- Use A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors’ products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Define and proactively monitor key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory developments that affect product design and delivery to identify necessary actions, changes, and opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 Years’ experience in related field.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Any previous experience with identity, payments, data analytics, API product management, segmentation, or personalization will be beneficia
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering, MBA is a plus
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification is a plus
