Job Description
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Meet the monthly/Quarterly targets determined by sales management.
- Follow up with customers to send supply orders for quotations that have been approved.
- Follow-up pending supply orders until closure and keep continuous communication with customers to keep them updated about their pending supply orders and delivery dates.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Manage relationships with clients and measure their satisfaction about the service.
- Assist in the analysis of competing products, collect relevant market information, and complete relevant research tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
- +5 years of experience in sales key account management (medical background is highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
