Job Description

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance 
  • Meet the monthly/Quarterly targets determined by sales management. 
  • Follow up with customers to send supply orders for quotations that have been approved.
  • Follow-up pending supply orders until closure and keep continuous communication with customers to keep them updated about their pending supply orders and delivery dates.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Manage relationships with clients and measure their satisfaction about the service.
  • Assist in the analysis of competing products, collect relevant market information, and complete relevant research tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • +5 years of experience in sales key account management (medical background is highly preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
