Job Description
- Creates different pieces of content such as social media posts, Reels, Stories, Videos, text based posts , influencer collaborations , Events Coverage ,etc.
- Develop a unique content plan utilizing the strengths of each communication platform and use them to deliver a consistent and unique message of COLORS identity.
- Always review the marketing calendar, translate it into different pieces of content, and draw a content chart using different channels and communication/PR tools.
- Directly brief design team and work with them on all content production cycles till the final product is published.
- Responsible for Events Coverage in terms of content.
- Provide a constructive feedback to all marketing and brand teams on content production and performance on different channels.
- Network with industry professionals on COLORS social media strategy and execution tools.
- Track SEO performance to provide effective solutions for content optimization.
- Define most important social media content KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator for 3+ years
- Being this someone who gets things done, who plans and executes with excellence, and who can assist in leading and managing multiple projects at one time.
- An experience in content production with the ability to influence multiple-stakeholders. You’ll need to define and develop different forms of content, still pictures, videos, animated content, etc., to deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
