Job Description
- Create online Ads in a professional way and how to choose the right target audience.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create social media platform plans based on marketing strategy. Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Create Facebook Ad campaigns (from planning to campaign objective and budgeting, to ad formats) and Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Twitter and LINKED IN.
- Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Google Ad for 2 years at least.
- +1 years’ experience in Real Estate is a must.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- Familiar with #SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising #campaigns.
- Multitasking & analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creativity and writing skills.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
