Job Description

Job Summary: 

Responsible for managing the human recourses within the organization including the following functions:

  • Acquiring Human Recourses  including mainly HR planning and recruitment 
  • Rewarding Human Resources including mainly Performance  evaluation systems and compensation 
  • Developing Human Resources including mainly Training and Development , wither inside or outside the company 
  • Maintaining  and Enhancing the Corporate Culture

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports in the strategic planning process and identifies HR as a core competency of the company.
  • Coordinates implementation of policies and procedures through the HR staff
  • Assists and advises managers about HR issues 
  • Gives HR consulting to all staff 
  • Forecasting the labor requirement of the company in the future, based on the future level of production of the company. 
  • Manages recruitment & Selection of new potential candidates 
  • Administrates compensation and benefits practices
  • Designs and implements staff appraisal systems and develop effective training policies
  • Watches employee safety, welfare and health
  • Manages employee Development & Training Plans.
  • Manages Career Growth of employees and promotions.
  • Maintains the corporate culture by building a value based organization.
  • Ensures that the Workplace Inspire Motivation by building a Positive Team and Family Spirit
  • Monitors and controls employees absenteeism
  • Maintains balance between employee demands and company obligations
  • Conducts exit interviews in case of termination or resignation

Job Requirements

Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in HR management
  • Very good computer skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Superior leadership skills & ability to make decisions

Languages:

  • Arabic: Essential
  • English: Preferred
