Job Description
- Monitoring inventory movement reports in Main warehouse, pick and pack center and selling outlets (Daily-Weekly-Monthly ).
- Coordinating the forecasted/targeted sellout figures with sales department monthly, according to historical data, seasonal trends, best sellers and promotions.
- Updating Demand plan periodically according to actual demand, products contribution in total sellout and incoming dispatches from supplier.
- Performing periodic reports reviewing virtual cover of products compared to forecasted sellout targets.
- Coordinating with logistics section for updating the management with any changes in dispatch schedule.
- Reporting management monthly with actual sellout figures compared to targeted figures using (Demand Plan Accuracy Report) for showing achievement percentages for each selling outlet, best sellers within month, Net sales values, ,overall achievement trends & comparisons of current month vs past months/ current year vs past year.
- Updating the top management with Intermarket online reports and data entry of demand plan, weekly inventory & actual sellout reports.
Job Requirements
- BSC of commerce or relevant degree.
- 3-8 years of experience at industrial company .
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel and PowerPoint Experience.
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow charting, and process diagramming.
