Review and validate supplier invoices, contracts, and purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
Generate comprehensive cost reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate cost data and analysis.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost control processes and implement best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial management.
Proficiency in using cost control software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills for reporting and presenting financial data.
Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Knowledge of industry best practices in cost control and financial reporting.
