Job Description
- Preparing accounts payable aging and review it on monthly basis.
- Preparing Accounts Payable & Intercompany
- Preparing the inventory aging on monthly basis. Making the inventory physical count on annually basis and post the adjusting entry to match the system with the actual quantity in the warehouse.
- Review the WIP balances & the unbilled revenue balances .
- Making reconciliation sheet & analysis for 57 account.
- Prepare the utilization calculation and post the entry on system.
- Making the VAT payment
- Take a part of sales , salary & corporate tax inspection .
- Take a part of Audit requirements.
- Reviewing the bank outflow and prepare the company cash position on daily basis.
- Prepare the cash flow forecast on monthly basis.
- Help the finance team for any addition task.
- Preparing the monthly closing (Utilization, Unbilled PSA and O&M & Income statement)
Job Requirements
- Must have 5-7 years of experience within multinational companies.
- Fluent in English
- ERP – Knowledge . preferable for SAP
- Decent knowledge with Microsoft office , especially Excel
- Preference for who will be join immediately or within max two weeks.
