Job Description
- Design detailed drawings (shop drawings).
- Prepares architectural details when required for the execution of works.
- Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submitting.
- Issues all architectural correspondences.
- Highlights any violations to architectural-related issues on site.
- Attends progress review meetings and coordination meetings to assist the Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in the project’s drawings.
- Our Work is pure Interior Design so must have worked in the same field and can properly implement and draw all the CAD boards and elevations for residential work.
- Analyze Egyptian building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture engineering or Applied Arts - Architecture
- Minimum 2 years to 5 years of experience in Architecture / Interior engineer.
- Previous work portfolio.
- Must apply expectation salary.
- AutoCAD - 3DS Max - Revit -photoshop proficiency required
- Must be professional in Revit .
- Previous experience in interior shop drawing details. Draw plans and elevations for full package design.
- Preferred: previous work at consulting office.
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple projects.
