Job Description

  • Support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring seamless operations from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to provide actionable insights for sales strategy and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product management to align sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate sales training sessions and onboarding for new sales team members.
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to resolve operational issues and support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • should have a solid background in CRM management, sales reporting and analytics, pipeline tracking, quotation and order processing, and a good understanding of sales workflows within technology or system integration environments.
