Job Description
- Monitor and control inventory movements including all inbound and outbound transactions.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in line with approved inventory procedures.
- Follow up on stock levels to ensure availability of materials required for production.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory checks, reconciliations, and support physical stock counts.
- Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inventory movements.
- Support costing team with accurate inventory data impacting cost calculations.
- Prepare regular stock control and inventory reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in stock control / inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
- Industrial / manufacturing background is a must.
- Good command of English language.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up with multiple departments related to production operations.
- ERP / SAP experience is a plus.
