Job Description
- Gathering maintenance data on a daily basis from officials to be entered into computer programs.
- Checking the data after entering it, ensuring its validity, usability and preserving it from loss in order to retrieve it when needed to use it, or to obtain information from it.
- Communicate with data sources in case of data related inquiries.
- Preparing the collected reports in the required form and sending them to the direct manager.
- Creating a database for maintenance by keeping files and documents, organizing them and archiving them to facilitate the process of classifying and classifying them in the different departments.
- Save the data and reports sent and extracted electronically.
- Follow up on warehouse balances of spare parts and follow up purchase orders and supply orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Residents of Behira governorate or nearby areas
- Data Entry Skills.
- Proficiency in use of computers - MS Office.
- Reporting Skills.
