Job Description

  • Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
  • Arranging event details such as Room meeting setup, flowers arrangement, Branding, group travelling details and Hotel group booking 
  • Handle and correspondence E-mails.
  • Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
  • Maintain a monthly social media calendar

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate 
  • Bachelor degree preferred Mass communication 
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good observing Skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • High Communication skills
  • Preferable areas: Hadayak Al Ahram, Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
