Job Description
- Issuing all the quotations and working orders for our clients.
- Arranging event details such as Room meeting setup, flowers arrangement, Branding, group travelling details and Hotel group booking
- Handle and correspondence E-mails.
- Assign Interpreters, Videographer & photographer for the event.
- Maintain a monthly social media calendar
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate
- Bachelor degree preferred Mass communication
- Fluent in English
- Excellent MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good observing Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Quick learner
- High Communication skills
- Preferable areas: Hadayak Al Ahram, Faisal , El Haram, October, El Sheikh Zayed
