Job Description
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within own area is carried out in manner consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Ensure the conformity of data so that if meets the requirements of external representatives, external auditors and partner company representatives
- Supervise the work of subordinates by using setting of individual objectives and feedback of performance versus objectives to maximize levels of individual performance.
- Develop a thorough and appreciation of the cost accounting policy, procedures and practices in the organization in order to be fully competent to undertake own role.
- Maintain cost accounting files and information in a way that allows ease of retrieval of information and reports.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- Experience
- +7 years’ experience in a similar position in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP is A MUST .
- Good oral and written skills in English and ability to communicate effectively.
- Good computer skills.
