Job Description

  • Sales Property Consultant  Job Duties:
  • Selling Urban Development’s products using comprehensive negotiations.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
  • Reaching out to customers' leads through referrals.
  • Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
  • Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
  • Coordinating exerted efforts with team members and other departments to maximize the aspired outputs.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the direct manager.
  • Implement daily planned activities of communications/interviews/follow-ups and send a daily report
  • Commitment to achieving the sales plan assigned and send reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to the sales manager
  • Implementation of the sales program and interviews by telephone to implement the sales plan
  • Complete the tasks assigned within the scope and knowledge and, technical and functional possibilities

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in real estate sales.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Well organized, self-disciplined, and professional.
  • Very good English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Own a car
