Job Description
- Sales Property Consultant Job Duties:
- Selling Urban Development’s products using comprehensive negotiations.
- Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Reaching out to customers' leads through referrals.
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
- Staying up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Coordinating exerted efforts with team members and other departments to maximize the aspired outputs.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the direct manager.
- Implement daily planned activities of communications/interviews/follow-ups and send a daily report
- Commitment to achieving the sales plan assigned and send reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to the sales manager
- Implementation of the sales program and interviews by telephone to implement the sales plan
- Complete the tasks assigned within the scope and knowledge and, technical and functional possibilities

Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate sales.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Well organized, self-disciplined, and professional.
- Very good English.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Own a car
