Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for the development and execution of the Performance Marketing Strategy entailing the online lead generation process across different communication and online media channels.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan and execute the performance marketing strategy as well as manage budgets, costs, and spending optimization.
  • Work with the Marketing Segments function on defining the plan for growing our organic and paid lead generation
  • Stay up to date and apply the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Establish and moderate Email marketing funnels to keep ongoing communication with our target segments
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Manage paid campaigns on all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, etc...).
  • Work on sheets, analytical dashboards, and weekly reports for specific results and attribution.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns by reporting on key performance indicators (conversion rate, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPT, etc.).
  • Analyze spending and conversion information for all programs in alignment with the business objectives and help to identify trends and insights that optimize and maximize ROI.
  • Link growth marketing techniques with Product acquisition and retention metrics
  • Interact with Product UI/UX teams to ensure the least product friction upon conversion

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

Minimum Experience:

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Media Buying roles

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, analytics, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and running email marketing campaigns over SendGrid, MailChimp etc.
  • Preferred to have previous experience with any of the Inbound Marketing Platforms (Hubspot etc.)
  • Preferred to have previous experience in using InterCom
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)
