Job Description
- Review the tender documents to analyze the prequalification requirements and terms & conditions.
- Study new tender set of drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) including the site visits.
- Price project different Bill of Quantities (BOQs) items with detailed price analysis.
- Propose different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders
- Draft time schedules for new tenders and projects.
- Develop tender complete package to be presented to all stakeholders.
- Participate in all post tender activities till contract award including (but not limited to) attending meetings with clients and consultants, clarify post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.
- Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the Tendering Team Leader.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superiors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in construction industry.
- 2+ year of experience in tendering.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Advanced communications skills.
- Highly presentable.
