Job Description

OverviewLeadership and accountability for overall PGT Delivery across Poland and UK BU with functional focus on Analytics processes.
The role will own PGT Analytics enhancements as well as Analytics integrations with other platforms and global / sector and BU specific applications.
The objective of this role is to drive PGT adoption through optimization, reduction / elimination of manual non-added value work, driving value realization and benefits and generating savings in running cost.
Manage all stakeholders (PL and UK BU business Stakeholders; Sector; Global)
ResponsibilitiesAccountable for end-to-end PGT Project Delivery for Analytics value stream – steer the right delivery approach and governance, design, quality and effectiveness of the projects.
Managing Delivery portfolio budget Managing Resource planning for the portfolio and ensure the right resources are assigned to the project / priority Managing adherence to IT Architecture principles and Pepsico guidelines. Supporting short term and long-term forecast, demand shaping sessions and trade-off discussions that take into account the overall portfolio affordability and deliverability. Facilitation of out of cycle investment requests and the integration in the overall delivery portfolio or trade offs Driving and influencing the recommendations for solution designs and project governance as well as implementation plan/timeline decisions.
• Managing Risks and Issues related with project delivery
Qualifications8 years or more of relevant experience in SAP BW, HANA, eHANA, BOBJ
A University degree in Information Technology or related field Technical expertise in the following areas: eHANA, XSA, BOBJ, SAC, S4 CDS, Solman
Third-party Vendor management for new demand Capability to design and execute Business workshops Experience in program and project management and waterfall and Safe/ Agile methodology Planning and execution experience Knowledge of Business processes, including for Foods, Beverage and Nutrition. Fluency in verbal and written English. Proximity and ability to influence MU/Sector/Global business senior leadership to achieve project objectives Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with senior leaders in Poland & UK MU/Sector/Global. Solves highly complex problems'\ Strong business relationship experience Advanced conceptual selling skills Strong collaboration in a matrix organization Ability to drive Business engagement, comfortably and confidently Ability to interact with Senior Leadership in IT and in Business Strong management skill Team leader and Solid people manager
