Call Center Representative responsibilities include:

Job brief

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between ICME academy and its current
  • and potential customers. And closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving Customers issues, complaints, and inquiries;
  •  They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, Keeping customer satisfaction at the core 
  • of every decision and behavior.
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role &  Proven experience as a customer service and telesales representative
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types & Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • A University degree is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of English
