- and potential customers. And closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving Customers issues, complaints, and inquiries;
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, Keeping customer satisfaction at the core
- of every decision and behavior.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role & Proven experience as a customer service and telesales representative
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types & Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- A University degree is a must
- Excellent knowledge of English
