Job Description
- Conduct a deep study of the prequalification application, to list down needed data, documents, etc.,
- Maintain effective communication with internal stockholders to collect and regularly update the company profile in addition to all relevant data, documents, etc.,
Ex:(Financial data, legal documents, HR data, quality control system, HSE system) - Attend clients meetings when needed for any technical presentations, discussions, and/ or inquiries
- Prepare and proofread the pre-qualification application and relevant documents in which all of the documentation, filing, and documents work together efficiently and completely meet the client's needs
- Archive the pre-qualification documents either hard copy and/or soft copy as per the company archiving system
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct supervisor to follow up on the work and solve problems
- Keep track of projects updates such as project completion status and new projects assigned to update the company profile
- Handover to internal stakeholders (Ex; tender department) all the required data within the scope of work
- Commit to the planned training and work on delivering the information learned to the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- From 3 to 6 years of experience
- Fluent French Language is a must and Very Good English
- Ability to travel outside Egypt from 20% to 40% per year
- Experience In preparing the prequalification application
- Experience in either execution and/ or technical office in the construction industry
- Experience in preparing technical offers for tenders
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent in using Microsoft office ( PowerPoint - Word - Excel)
