Job Description
- Deal with all central air-conditioning systems maintenance and new installations
- Monitor the operations of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, plumbing, fire alarm system,
- Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates all works
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met daily for all technicians
- Plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers, and heaters –diesel generators and UPS.
- Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle).
- Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement, and renovations.
- Arrange to have the spare needed parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.
- Monitoring the electrical and chilled water consumption is confirmed is it meets the budget or not. if there is an increase, an investigation for reasons for the increase is carried out.
- Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues.
- Assisting in setting the budget of any needed extra works
- Issuing the monthly report for Trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month.
Job Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of proven experience in General mechanical Maintenance.
- Experience in Central Air-conditions maintenance is a must
- HVAC & Electromechanical experience.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Strong sense of urgency
