Job Description
- Manage Company financial accounts.
- Be able to conduct feasibility studies.
- MUST have Sales of Social media skills.
- Receive leads from the marketing coordinator.
- Determine clients’ needs, preferences & financial abilities to propose suitable property.
- Conduct online meetings or voice calls with the potential clients for better Project orientation.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Support the potential clients till the contracting phase.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
- Posting on social media.
Job Requirements
- Working from home so must have a good internet connection, and fast PC & smartphone.
- Working hours 10am to 10pm FROM HOME.
- MS Office familiarity.
- Perfect reporting skills and organized.
- Ready to learn new skills.
