Inviting applications for the role of I2C Senior AR Specialist – Management Trainee – French– Remote EMEA! 
 
 
Responsibilities  
•    Work closely with Team leader and Team members within the FBL team 
•    Perform Senior AR Specialist daily activities: complete DTL, supervise other team members' performance, help and guide junior colleagues on difficult account reconciliation / escalation cases
•    Be the buddy of new joiners during business specific training, shadowing
•     Be the second voice collector within the team on escalated, aged items
•    Work on reconciliation of accounts with team members  
•    Run existing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis  
•    Analyse reports, flag risks and improvement possibilities to Team Leader and or Client  
•    Improve & maintain reports based on the I2C standards  
•    Drive projects, initiatives to improve AR process by involving team members and cascading output to Clients   
•    Learn and develop soft and hard skills based on Genome Profile setup  

Qualifications  
•    BA or Master degree in Finance 
•    Previous SSC/Finance experience 
•    Previous knowledge/experience in AR or finance and accounting 
 
•    Written and verbal fluency in French, and English (min B2 level) 
•    Good and assertive verbal communication skills as you will work a lot with team,  Operations  
•    The analytical mind: appetite for data and analysis 
•    Client 
•    Flexible approach and self-motivated with strong team-  and process spirit 
•    Embracing learning and development opportunities 
•    Good eye for process improvement, appetite for initiation
