Job Description
- Contribute to writing customer work instructions if necessary in coordination with the store manager
- Allocating warehouse personnel to clients in line with their experiences and business needs
- Follow-up warehouse operations and inventory management, whether daily or quarterly inventories, and follow-up on offers, productivity, quality and profitability
- Take tours inside the store to ensure compliance with the correct standards for operations, safety, occupational health and quality
- Ensure that employees comply with the company's general instructions or operating instructions written for each individual client, if any
- Require the store needs such as stretch, tape, stationery quarterly or as needed
- Coordination with other departments of the company to ensure the successful and safe flow of work
- Follow-up and coordination with the Human Resources Department regarding recruitment of foreign workers and
- Determining the required numbers according to the needs of the work
- Ensure the accuracy of the reports sent by the staff and the quality of work in general
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in 3PL
- Background in warehousing and logistics.
