Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be a strategist and leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision and mission and long term goals .
- Create and execute brand develpoment strategies through deep understanding of the market to archives profits and maximizes brand's long-term potential .
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals
- Responsible for all day to day operational activities.
- Ensure economical, efficient, and productive use of the department’s equipment and manpower .
- Manage the department’s financial, administrative, and personnel activities.
- Participate and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
- Act as the key internal and external focal point for the company’s operational activities.
Establish, organize, and maintain a high standard of working relationships - Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile .

Job Requirements
- Experience in any of Cosmetics , Beauty and Wellness industries (preferred )
- 5+ years of experience
