- Manage Active directory
- Manage Exchange (Microsoft 365 Preferred)
- Managing servers and systems like ( Access control ,HR system, Fingerprint System , GYM system )
- Firewall management (FortiGate )
- Manage Fileserver
- Network monitoring and traffic monitoring
- CCTV administration
- Quickly solve employee problems
- CUCM administration
- Ensure security of data, network access
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent Certificate.
- 2+ years of experience working in IT operations.
- Skills and languages:
- CCNA
- MCSA
- MCSE
- CCNA Voice
- Firewall FortiGate
- Good Command Of English.
