At Gettechforce we help companies build their teams. We currently have over 10 remote developers in Egypt and are looking to expand our team now, by looking for 2 remote Node developers
The role will be Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm as the main development hub is in Europe. After some time and when some trust has been built up, our other developers have moved to a Sunday - Thursday work week.
This is a full time role, but you will be a private contractor and responsible for your own taxes / insurance etc. It will be 100% remote, so you can work from where ever you want.
We are currently expanding our team in Egypt, so you will have access to our other developers and we plan on having nights out and events with other team members as we continue to grow.
Our innovative voice technology platform helps healthcare professionals create, distribute, store and analyse documents and notes that are critical to a patient's medical record.

As a full stack developer, your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Work closely with our product and design team to develop and maintain the platform and suite of web applications.
- Develop, design and maintain RESTful services and APIs
- Implement front end website architecture including implementing designer mock-ups and wireframes into modern front-end web applications for the healthcare industry.
- Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are considered when architecture solutions.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate would have some of the following skill set:
- Proven experience running production applications built with NodeJS
- Experience writing applications in Typescript
- Experience designing and developing AngularJS best practices
- Ability to make complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.
- Experience developing unit tests
- Experience using various AWS services such as EKS, RDS and Lambda
- Experience using Git version control.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Worked within an Agile development environment.
- Experience using JIRA or other agile task management tools.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar software development role.
Desirable Skills
- Nest JS
- Experience working in or with the healthcare industry
- Experience with handling audio or video in applications.
Bonus Skills
- Any experience or understanding of Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing technologies.
