Job Description
- Managing the Sales Team and their performance.
- Conducting regional market research in order to identify market needs in the localization industry and acquire new clients for this field.
- Identify the target, and pursue qualified opportunities in new customer contacts and key decision-makers at all levels in the enterprise to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage assigned workload including setting goals, prioritizing work, evaluating results, and taking corrective action as needed.
- Provide timely reports of all sales activity.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language skills (Speaking and Writing Focus).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling language services or relevant sales experience selling business services highly preferred.
- Excellent e-mail etiquette skills.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience required.
