Job Description

  • Managing the Sales Team and their performance.
  • Conducting regional market research in order to identify market needs in the localization industry and acquire new clients for this field.
  • Identify the target, and pursue qualified opportunities in new customer contacts and key decision-makers at all levels in the enterprise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage assigned workload including setting goals, prioritizing work, evaluating results, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Provide timely reports of all sales activity.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills (Speaking and Writing Focus).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling language services or relevant sales experience selling business services highly preferred.
  • Excellent e-mail etiquette skills.
  • Strong communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience required.
