Job Description
Primary responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate local and international commercial agreements
- Review critical documents as per the requirement of the business by keeping in view the applicable laws and commercial interest of the company
- Advising on the protection registration and licensing of patents, copyrights and trademarks
- Manage local and international license renewals and applications
- Handle legal administrative tasks such as scheduling legal meetings and maintaining case court files
- Provide legal advice while also forecasting future impact and risks associated with the advice given
- Maintain exemplary legal records and close all loopholes to avoid potential conflicts in the future
- Respond to all labor law cases such as mediation meeting requests and court cases
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience within the same field
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Laws
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law
