Job Description
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive growth through achieving sales targets by successfully managing the Account Management team
- Design, operationalise, communicate execute on a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and captures business growth opportunities
- Facilitate your customer-base experience and own customer engagement strategy to ensure the highest satisfaction rate
- Resolve customer escalations through understanding their root causes, identifying problems in product/internal processes, owning resolution with internal cross-functional partners to deliver customer success
- Develop service procedures , internal policies, and high-performance standards and metrics to ensure healthy collaboration and top performance
- Manage mentoring and developing Team Leaders and Account Managers through nurturing a coaching environment where everyone is empowered to do their best work
- Own target/KPI setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the team
- Control capacity building for their team, utilize resources and assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Proactively monitor industry trends and apply market analysis to unlock business opportunities and mitigate risks
- Demonstrate strong competitive intelligence through staying constantly knowledgeable about new products within the competitive landscape and their impact on our product offering or/and anticipated growth
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners to enable growth
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, realistic forecasts, analyze statistics, and compile accurate reports to the executive leadership team
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum Experience:
- At least 9 years of experience in the sales field, preferably in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality/HoReCa industry, with at least 3 years leading a team of 20+ members.
- Proven record of meeting/overachieving their sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of different sales techniques and practices.
- Familiar with using CRM and sales performance software.
