Job Description
We are seeking lawyers with at least 5 years of experience in appeals or cassation, preferably in Criminal Law. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of criminal law, possess excellent courtroom skills, and be able to represent clients effectively in criminal cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Additional certifications in criminal law (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law.
- Strong knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure, and relevant legal precedents.
- Proven experience in representing clients in criminal cases, including handling trials, appeals, and motions.
- Build strong defense strategies or represent the state in prosecution, depending on the role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients, juries, and courts.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases at once.
- Draft and file legal documents, including motions, petitions, and legal briefs.
- Conduct thorough legal research and review case law, statutes, and precedents.
- Negotiate settlements and plea deals with opposing counsel.
- Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive case data.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, investigators, and experts as needed.
