Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates .
- Plan , direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization .
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Handle All Requests White or Blue collar.
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
- Create database for most of requested functions in Group Factories
- Support in Personnel Function
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Able to handle many tasks
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Ability to work under Stress
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
