Job Description
We are hiring Rental Sales Agents to work in our different branches in Alexandria, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.
- Completing transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks.
- Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental (Incremental sales).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards.
- Organize the day-to-day in the station.
- Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental.
- Maximizing 'walk up' business.
- Monitoring reservation and vehicle rental returns.
- Reconciling and accounting for money paid and received.
